Language Fluency Coaching for Professionals & Teams
Bilingual Coach | Coletro Language Partners

The Problem Your Organization May Have

You have excellent people on your team. They are technically skilled, analytically sharp, and highly committed. But something is getting lost between what they know and how they are heard. It shows up in small ways at first.
Holding Back –
Inibido
A sales professional who stays quiet in team meetings, not wanting to say the wrong thing.
Tone –
Tonalidade
A manager whose emails come across as abrupt, not because they mean to be, but because directness translates differently across cultures.
Undermined –
Comprometido
A professional whose accent draws more attention than their expertise.
Adrift – Deslocado
A new hire from Brazil or Latin America who is still decoding American workplace culture many months in.
Before these gaps become performance problems, Coletro Language Partners can solve their language and cultural fluency issues with tailored coaching.

What Fluency Coaching Looks Like
CLP’s engagement with your organization follows a three-phase structure, tailored to the specific employee or group involved.
Phase 1: Discovery & Assessment
First, a structured assessment — because every professional’s challenges are different. Common areas for any language learner include:
- Pronunciation patterns making communication harder to follow for native speakers
- Overly formal or literal phrasing — a direct result of translating from one language to another without learning local idioms and professional expressions
- Difficulty with another country’s meeting culture — when to speak, how to push back, how to read the room
- Misreading tone in written communication — coming across as cold or blunt unintentionally
- Struggling with idioms, humor, and informal workplace language
- Navigating feedback culture, hierarchy, and work-life norms that differ significantly between Brazil and North America
Phase 2: Personalized Coaching Program
Weekly or biweekly sessions — individual or small groups of 2–4 participants — targeting the specific gaps identified in Phase 1. Sessions are delivered online via video call. For New England-based clients, in person sessions are available.
Phase 3 — Progress Tracking & Reporting
I provide structured progress reports at regular intervals.
